Kelsey, is the marketing coordinator at Visit Loudoun, and could be considered the social media czar of Loudoun. Kelsey’s management of multiple social media accounts can take a toll, but not as much as her New York Jets football obsession. Kelsey used to be a beer girl, but after recently coming to Loudoun it’s hard to find her on a Saturday night without a wine glass in hand, and the judging eyes of her five cats. Don’t worry though; she focuses her daytime activities on providing you with high-quality blogs, tweets, posts and pins that’ll be sure to make you smile and share. There’s nothing better than wine and a view, so one of Kelsey’s favorite place to relax with friends is Hillsborough Vineyards.

We are contacting you on behalf of the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA).
The NVTA is updating TransAction, the long-range transportation plan for Northern Virginia. As part of the public engagement process, the NVTA is conducting workshops and pop-up events throughout the region. These in-person meetings are designed to capture feedback from a broad range of participants and involve the community in shaping transportation decisions in Northern Virginia.
