In conjunction with Holidays in Leesburg, Doner Bistro is pleased to announce the return of Christkindlmarket! Shop for fine hand crafted gifts, such as Christmas ornaments, quilts, wreaths and centerpieces. Warm up with our traditional German hot spiced wine, hot chocolate, freshly popped kettle korn, and more.

Celebrate the magic of the season in Historic Downtown Leesburg! Festivities include a holiday parade, horse-drawn carriage rides, live music, roaming carolers, rides, games, ice carving, and, of course, shopping! Following the festival, stay in Leesburg and join us for the Jingle Jam, Leesburg’s Holiday Rock n’ Roll concert at the Tally Ho theatre. Holiday merchandise and refreshments will be available for purchase.

Lovettsville Christkindlmarkt

The Lovettsville German Society presents their annual Christkindlmarkt, a traditional German Christmas market. What better way to shop for the holidays than while enjoying a glass of Glühwein (Mulled wine), German sausage platters and artisan sweets, and being serenaded by a strolling accordionist playing old time German and Austrian carols. Children will enjoy visiting with Santa Claus, our 21’x12’ electric train display, pony rides, face painting, story telling, and more. Shop the unique gifts from a wide variety of juried artisans and crafters including jewelry, pottery, ornaments, wood carvings, and more!
Event Time: Sat 11am-7pm, Sun 11am-5pm
Admission Fee/Ticket Price: $5/person, free/child under 12 years
