Happy November! With everyone still catching their breath from the World Series Game this week and counting down the days until Election Day, I think everyone’s ready to have some down time in Loudoun with a glass of wine in hand. Chili Cook-Off – November 5

The chili gauntlet has been thrown down! Sunset Hills Vineyard and 868 Estate Vineyards have challenged each other to a chili cook-off! Visit both of these beautiful wineries this Saturday for a chance to taste their chili, and wine of course. Vote for your favorite and may the best chili win.

OysterFest – November 5

The annual Oyster Fest is happening this weekend at North Gate Vineyards in Purcellville! Join North Gate in enjoying delicious wine and oysters. Take your pick between raw oysters or grilled oysters with bacon and cheese or jalapeños. Yum! See you there!

2016 Fall Winemaker Tasting – November 5

The second edition of Tarara Winery‘s Tasting Series will be this Saturday! Tarara’s winemaker, Jordan Harris, will be leading a tasting with a focus on Rhone white wines and Cabernet Sauvignon. This tasting will consist of two flights of high-end, premium wines and will be followed by an exquisite meal created by the Wine Kitchen. Get your last minute tickets today!
